SEMPRE Closes $14.3M Series A With Additional Support From Existing Investors and New $2M Investment From Pendrell
Infusion caps Series A to accelerate mission-critical communications tech for national security and resilience
Washington, D.C. – May 8, 2025 – SEMPRE, the company redefining mission-critical connectivity for defense, disaster response and critical infrastructure, today announced the close of its $14.3 million Series A funding round. The latest capital includes a $2 million investment from Pendrell, a strategic firm focused on transformational technologies, alongside additional funding from existing investors including 90 Degree North. This milestone reflects strong investor confidence and positions SEMPRE to meet rising demand for secure, resilient 5G infrastructure across defense and commercial markets.
The new capital builds on SEMPRE’s $10 million investment round announced in January, co-led by AE Ventures and 90 Degree North Holdings. The completed Series A will fund product advancements, manufacturing scale-up and expanded field operations to support deployments—whether in defense, disaster response or commercial settings.
